The real property market is inclined to changes. The prices for habitation skip constantly every which way. And they are uniform in the basic sense. It is possible to assume that our politicians and businessmen have again made to themselves money of this crisis and the real property in particular. Our country is one of leading exporters of raw materials that allows to keep afloat and to do it confidently. All other role is sent officials. If they sometime cease to be engaged in embezzlement of public funds or it will do in much lower scales our country has a big and light future. For now we need to look at the growing prices, for objects of the real property only. And also their industrial components: rent of premises for warehouses and shops.

Proceeding from all aforesaid, it is possible to assume that the rise in prices will proceed, and the habitation will be necessary for all and always. Hence, it is necessary to approach to a choice of a new dwelling unit as your personal destiny and a position will depend on it in a society competently. If we do not make it, it is necessary to be content with only out-of-date habitation, somewhere on city suburb.
